the exyumusic archive is a community-built archive of music from the former Yugoslavia that spans classic records and new releases. we're building a public record of the region's artists, labels and scenes to help people discover, discuss and preserve music that's often overlooked.

what to submit
just the facts, nothing else. ratings and written reviews come later, added by the community once a release is live.

review process
nothing goes live right away. every submission sits in a queue first, mainly so we can check accuracy and catch duplicates. once it's approved, it shows up marked "unreviewed" until someone writes a full review.

- a public domain or creative commons archive
not discogs, google images, pinterest, or other reposts.
ratings & reviews
once a release is published, anyone can rate it or leave a review. rating releases helps users discover music they'd never have found otherwise, while discussion promotes different perspectives on releases from across the region.
